Fee Arrangements

OUR SEARCH / RECRUITMENT / PLACEMENT PROCESS IS ESSENTIALLY THE SAME ON DIRECT SEARCH PROJECTS REGARDLESS OF THE AGREED FEE ARRANGEMENT WITH OUR CLIENTS. THE FEE STRUCTURE IS SIMPLY THE MANNER OF COMPENSATION FOR OUR SERVICES
FOR DIRECT
Success/Contingency Search - payment upon successful completion
Retained Search - staged payments consisting of an initial payment to begin an engaged search with subsequent payments arranged in prior agreement with our clients. Some examples of this option are:
· 1/3 upon initiation, pre-payment (signing of the contract), 1/3 upon presentation of the short list of candidates, 1/3 following offer and acceptance in writing
· 1/3 upon initiation, pre-payment (signing of the contract), 2/3 following offer and acceptance in writing
Engagement Fee - a pre-paid portion of a fee paid in advance of a search(es). This option can be any amount determined between
Flexible payment schedule - based upon mutual agreement and specific circumstances between interested parties
